Ed Miller

“Jatoba” by Edwin Miller
at the Earthworks Bay Street Gallery.
"Jatoba"  (Hymenaea courbaril) is a type of wood, sometimes called "Brazilian Cherry." Jatoba is considered to be a wood for highly advanced wood work because of its particular density and hardness.

This carved piece captures a certain essence of the Oregon Coast and our "textured" lifestyle. During  his life Ed Miller developed his keen wood working skills , and is known for combining textures and colors in a way that is distinct, stunning, and recognizable as his signature. This piece by Ed Miller is available at the Earthworks Bay Street Gallery for shipping, or you can come and pick it up at 859 Bay Blvd for  $145.00. Shipping costs are additional. Come see us between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm, or call us at 541-574-0802. -Devonee
