Blythe Eastman, a seasoned ceramicist from Grand Ronde, Oregon says jokingly that she always knew she would be an artist, whether she wanted to or not. Her animal sculptures are simple and life-like, and her fans often comment on her keen sense of each animal's spirit. These pit fired ceramics are on display right now at Earthwork's Bay Street Gallery.
